Why do some weightlifters seem to go 100% every day they train effortlessly while others feel like the sh!* every other day?
Or maybe by the end of their programming they just hit a wall?
The reason why weightlifters plateau is not because of their programming, supplements, lack of ability, lack of strength, lack of nutrition knowledge, eating too many calories, or eating too many carbohydrates.
The number one reason that weightlifters do not succeed is their mindset.
Will Smith once said "Being realistic is the quickest path to mediocrity".
You have to get out of your comfort zone! Believe in yourself.
"The first step is to say that you can....If you're not willing to work hard, let someone else do it. I'd rather be with someone who does a horrible job, but puts 110% than someone who does a good job and gives 60%".
You have to take action! You can't let your negative thoughts take over.
